Don has been with Mortgage 1 for 21 years and counting. 16 years prior to being a part of the Mortgage industry , Don was in sales/service and has been helping families for nearly 4 decades. He enjoys meeting with first time homebuyers and walking them through the process. Don is here to make the homebuying process easy for you and your clients. Don is always available to sit down discuss options that best fit your needs!
Michelle Holcomb// Jr. Loan Officer
Michelle is one of Keystone Branch’s Junior Loan Officer’s. She’s been in the business for just under 4 years. Michelle graduated from Michigan State University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Spanish. She quickly decided to follow in her loan officer Father’s footsteps and pursue a career in Loan Origination. Michelle enjoys making personal connections with her clients and referral partners. She’s always available to help with first time and repeat homebuyers to walk them through the mortgage process.
Steve Tyree// Senior Loan Officer & Branch Manager
Steve is a licensed mortgage loan originator and is able to write loans in Michigan as well as Florida. He has over 25 years of experience working in the mortgage industry. He specializes in Conventional, FHA, Refinance, and Reverse Mortgage loans and even convert clients into first-time homebuyers. Steve is here to assist you and your clients in any way possible. Just like our other Loan Officers Steve is more than happy to sit down together and talk about the process for your clients, which is the essential to your success!

Doug is a trusted Senior Loan Officer at Mortgage 1, having joined in 1996. He enjoys meeting with and aiding homebuyer(s) throughout the process, from the initial appointment until the dream of owning a home becomes reality.
Lindsey Smith// Jr. Loan Officer
Since 2015, Lindsey has been helping pre-approve home-buyers. as an originator in 2016, she enjoys helping educate first time home-buyers, whether that is one on one or educating realtors in a class setting ; She is ready to answer all your mortgage questions!
Kelly Connon//Jr. Processor
Kelly has been with Mortgage 1, since June 2017. She works behind the scenes as Mortgage 1 loan processor to help and assist our team with all our client’s needs!
Beth Colasanti// Team Leader
Beth has been working for Mortgage 1, alongside Doug, since 2001. She manages the Loan timeline ensuring the process runs smoothly and closes in a timely fashion.
Nikki Curtis // Sr. Processor
Nikki Curtis is the Loan Processing Manager with the Keystone Branch Office of Mortgage 1. She has worked in the mortgage industry for over 12 years. Nikki’s role has expanded in many capacities including closing/funding, operations, quality control, fraud detection and more. She is passionate about helping people achieve their dreams of home ownership and will work tirelessly toward that end.

Betty has been a processor for over 20 years. She is experienced in every stage of the mortgage process. Betty enjoy using this experience to help provide exceptional customer service and to build loyal clients. Fun fact about Betty she enjoys gardening and spending time with family!
Roxana Maluchnik // Loan Partner & Marketing Coordinator
Roxana has been with the team since August of 2018. Roxana is a recent graduate from Central Michigan University where she studied Event Management and Marketing minor. Roxana is learning the process of a loan partner quickly and is excited to continuously grow in her career here at Mortgage 1!
